Where do I get my tax certificate?
The tax certificate can be downloaded by clickour web page using your identification card number and your Deceval account number. If you do not know your Deceval account number, request with Fiducolombia (information below).

When are dividends paid?
For 2013, Grupo Argos pays non taxed dividends of COP $ 230 per common and preferred stock per year, which are paid in cash in four quarterly installments at the rate of COP $ 57,5 per share for each quarterly installment.
The April 2013 payment will be made between April 18th and 29th. The July and October, 2012, payments will be made between the 5th and 14th of the month, and the January, 2014, payment will be made between January 9th and 20th.
What is the difference between Grupo Argos and Cementos Argos?
Grupo Argos is an infrastructure holding company with investments in the cement, energy, ports, coal and real estate businesses. Cementos Argos produces and sells cement and concrete and has operations in Colombia, the U.S. and the Caribbean; it is a subsidiary of Grupo Argos.
Grupo Argos is the largest and controlling shareholder of Cementos Argos, as it owns 60.7% of its shares and Cementos Argos in turn represents the biggest investment of Grupo Argos.
Where are the dividends deposited?
There are different mechanisms for the payment of dividends:
If you want your dividends to be paid through a bank account deposit, you must submit a written request to Fiduciaria Bancolombia offices at the address Cra 48 # 26-85 South Tower Floor Bancolombia Bueilding floor M, specifying the bank name, type of account (Checking or Savings), name and identification number of the account holder. If the account holder is different from the shareholder, approval must be signed by both and notarized.
Cash or check. you must give written notice to Fiduciaria Bancolombiain which of the branches that are authorized will the payment have place. It should be noted, that if the payment of dividends is going to be made to a third party, shall be accompanied by the respective autorization. It is also important to note that payments are made only on the dates established by the General Assembly of Shareholders, presenting a original ID.
