Employees in Colombia recognized Grupo Argos in Computrabajo’s Best Workplaces 2026 ranking

Grupo Argos was recognized as one of the best places to work in Colombia, according to Computrabajo’s Best Workplaces 2026 ranking, one of the region’s leading employment platforms.
The ranking is based on more than 1.3 million employee reviews, assessing aspects such as work environment, leadership, compensation, and development opportunities.
Grupo Argos’ inclusion in this ranking reflects its comprehensive talent development strategy. In 2025 alone, more than 1,370 employees accessed growth opportunities within the organization, while more than 200 have strengthened their education through company-sponsored postgraduate programs, with a direct impact on their professional development: 73.3% of them assumed new roles or were promoted.
This is complemented by the strengthening of more diverse leadership, with women representing 31.5% of the members of Grupo Empresarial Argos’ executive committees, reflecting concrete progress in building more equitable and inclusive environments.
Grupo Argos’ inclusion in this ranking reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive talent management, focused on well-being, professional growth, and the strengthening of leadership capabilities.
