Grupo Argos will not participate in the takeover bids for Grupo Sura and Grupo Nutresa
21 April 2022The Board of Directors of Grupo Argos decided not to participate in the takeover bids for Grupo Sura and Grupo Nutresa. The prices offered are lower than the fundamental value of the two companies according to the technical and strategic analyzes presented by J.P. Morgan, among other considerations, evaluated in the Board of Directors session of the last two days.
Grupo Argos will continue accompanying Grupo Sura and Grupo Nutresa to materialize the initiatives announced by these companies aimed at maximizing value for all shareholders, among which the linking of strategic partners stands out.
Grupo Argos reiterates its commitment to its shareholders so that they are the ones who perceive the fundamental value of the company and its investment portfolio.
