Grupo Argos receives the Equipares certification for its gender equality management

| With this recognition granted by the Ministry of Labor, the Presidential Council for Equity for Women and with the technical support of the United Nations Development Program – UNDP, Grupo Argos enters the list of companies accredited by its management system of gender equality and that they lead initiatives that make it possible to strengthen the equitable work environment.
This distinction accredits Grupo Argos’ strategy to contribute to closing gender gaps in the workplace through initiatives such as Diversity Multipliers, a program that aims to train employees as agents of change, development programs of education and training of women in masculinized trades such as electricians and firefighters and spaces for conversation about diversity. During 2021, Grupo Argos has invested more than 2,700 hours of training in diversity and inclusion, on topics such as: unconscious biases, new masculinities, generational diversity, inclusion of gender and regions, inclusive communication and construction of healthy environments.
