María Camila Villegas – Operational Director of the Grupo Argos Foundation
“We are pleased that large companies such as Grupo Argos have a great commitment to protecting the planet and that they demonstrate this with concrete actions through the Unidos por el Planeta Alliance, which will allow us to continue working together, joining forces and efforts to face the climate emergency in Antioquia ”.
Carlos Ignacio Uribe – Secretary of Environment and Sustainability of Antioquia
This initiative between the private and public sectors also includes the participation of WWF (World Wildlife Fund) as a strategic ally to align the proposed objectives with the global goal of achieving low-carbon development and adherence to the comprehensive intervention model developed by Fundación Grupo Argos that ensures the recovery of ecosystems altered by human actions in order to reverse their deterioration, the protection of water resources and the restoration of ecological integrity.
