Grupo Argos and its subsidiaries Argos and Celsia, once again received the IR Issuer Recognition (Investor Relation) of the Colombian Stock Exchange, BVC, for their adoption of best practices in information disclosure and investor relations.
This IR seal aims to highlight those who meet the highest standards of corporate governance, especially those that have to do with providing sufficient and adequate information for the investing public.
To achieve this, it is essential to have a communication channel that allows the issuer to position the company, as well as strengthen trust and credibility among the investment community.
Among the requirements to access to the to Recognition, is to reveal additional information to that required in an ordinary way, in English and Spanish on its website, keeping it timely updated, having a delegate to answer the inquiries of investors, both in Spanish language as an English language, publish financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) with consolidated figures on a quarterly financial results delivery events.
