24 April 2026
  • Grupo Argos has achieved a distinctive composition in its executive committees, with 31.5% of members being women.
  • In 2025 alone, the company invested more than 8,400 hours in training on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Since 2021, the Diversity Multipliers program has trained more than 170 employees as internal agents of cultural change across Grupo Argos, Cementos Argos, Celsia, and Odinsa, as well as throughout the Group’s value chain.

Grupo Argos increased female representation in its executive committees to 31.5% following a recent reorganization of its leadership structure. This progress comes in a context in which international evidence shows that companies with greater diversity in their leadership teams tend to deliver stronger financial results. McKinsey & Company’s Diversity Wins study found that companies with greater female representation in executive teams are 25% more likely to achieve profitability above their industry average.

This milestone reflects the organization’s commitment to strengthening diversity in leadership spaces. In addition to the new composition of its committees, nearly 40% of all leadership positions within the organization are held by women.

“This progress in the composition of our leadership teams reflects a conviction: diversity strengthens decision-making, value creation, and the long-term sustainability of businesses.”

Internal programs drive women’s advancement within the organization

Grupo Argos has implemented concrete actions to accelerate women’s advancement across its organizations. In partnership with the University of Berkeley, the company promoted the Women in Leadership program, which has benefited more than 100 women identified as high-potential talent. Additionally, it has conducted more than 1,200 potential assessments, with a special focus on women in middle management and senior leadership roles.

These advances have been recognized by international rankings such as Forbes’ World’s Top Companies for Women and regional measurements such as the PAR Ranking.

A program that develops agents of change from within

Since 2021, Grupo Argos has operated the Diversity Multipliers program, an internal initiative that seeks to turn employees into promoters of a more diverse and inclusive organizational culture. More than 170 people have completed this training, and 90 are currently in the process.

The company will continue strengthening its diverse leadership strategy as part of its long-term vision and corporate governance model.
