Rafael Olivella
VP of Legal Affairs
Rafael Olivella was born on July 02, 1978, in Santa Marta. He holds a law degree from Pontificia Bolivariana University, and a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad de los Andes and has completed executive education programs at several international universities.
Since June 2019, he has served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs of Grupo Argos, a position now titled Vice President of Legal Affairs of Grupo Argos. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Legal and Institutional Affairs of Cementos Argos since 2017 and held the position of Legal Vice President at Celsia. He also worked as Corporate Legal Manager and General Secretary of Colinversiones S.A (now Celsia) and as an attorney in Cementos Argos.
He is currently the legal representative of Grupo Argos and a member of the Boards of Directors of Cementos Argos, Celsia, Odinsa, and Fundación Grupo Argos.
