Rafael Olivella

Vice president of Legal Affairs Grupo Argos S.A.

Rafael Olivella was born on July 2, 1978, in Santa Marta, Colombia. He is a lawyer from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, a specialist in Commercial Law from the Universidad de los Andes and has completed executive training programs at different international universities.

He worked as a lawyer for the rm Ignacio Sanín Bernal & Cía. Between 2003 and 2006 and during 2006 and 2007 he served as a lawyer at Cementos Argos, where he participated in the negotiation of different types of contracts, process attention, acquisition of companies and matters related to nancing.

In 2008 he joined Colinversiones S.A. (today Celsia) as Corporate Legal Manager and General Secretary. Subsequently, he assumed the Legal Vice Presidency of Celsia from 2012 to 2017, the year in which he became the Vice President of Legal and Institutional Affairs of Cementos Argos, until 2019.

He is currently a member of the board of directors of the ANDI Sectional Antioquia, Cementos Argos, Celsia and Odinsa.

No member of the Board of Directors has the status of Politically Exposed Person in accordance with the definition of Decree 1674 of 2016.
