Juan Esteban Calle
CEO
Juan Esteban Calle was born on December 14, 1965, in Medellín. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad EAFIT, an MBA with emphasis on finance and economics from the University of Chicago and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
He has been served as CEO of Grupo Argos since April 1, 2026. Prior to this role, he held the position of CEO of Cementos Argos.
Throughout his career, he has held positions as Senior Associate in Investment Banking at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, Secretary of Finance of the Department of Antioquia, Director of Foreign Investment at the Proexport Office in Canada, and Investment Advisor at the Bank of Montreal.
He is currently the legal representative of Grupo Argos and a member of the Boards of Directors of Cementos Argos, Celsia, Odinsa, Fundación Grupo Argos, Argos Panamá, Argos Honduras, and Argos Dominicana.
