Juan Esteban Calle

CEO of Grupo Argos since April 1, 2026. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad EAFIT, an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. During his tenure as CEO of Cementos Argos, he drove operating efficiencies that expanded the EBITDA margin by more than 600 basis points and led strategic transactions such as the combination of Argos and Summit Materials’ assets in the United States and the subsequent divestment. These transactions generated more than COP 7.3 trillion in profits for Grupo Argos.
