“Honoring our more than 90-year history means recognizing that people have made every step of our journey possible. That is why we continue to strengthen a culture built on trust, discipline, integrity, and purpose, convinced that companies create their greatest impact when they empower their employees to grow, develop their potential, and build life projects with greater well-being and quality of life.”

Juan Esteban Calle
President of Grupo Argos

The Merco Talento 2026 result adds to a series of recent achievements that reflect the consistency of the Argos Business Group’s talent strategy. In 2025 alone, more than 1,370 employees accessed internal mobility and growth opportunities across the organization, equivalent to 14.8% of the workforce of Grupo Argos, Cementos Argos, Celsia, Odinsa, and Summa. Of these moves, 19% corresponded to promotions.

This commitment to internal growth has been complemented by strengthened training and development programs. More than 203 employees have received corporate scholarships and sponsorships to pursue postgraduate studies, and 73.3% of them have advanced professionally within the organization through promotions or new roles.

These achievements have also been recognized by other employer-brand rankings. In 2026, Grupo Argos was included in Computrabajo’s Best Workplaces ranking, based on real employee reviews of workplace environment, leadership, compensation, and growth opportunities. In recent years, it has also been recognized in rankings such as Forbes’ World’s Top Companies for Women and regional assessments such as the PAR Ranking.
