Grupo Argos and its companies Cementos Argos and Celsia, are consolidated among the most attractive companies to work in Colombia
30 June 2020- Grupo Argos ranked first among the business conglomerates in the country with the greatest ability to attract and retain talent, published this Tuesday by the talent chapter of the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor, Merco.
- Cementos Argos and Celsia, companies of the Argos Business Group, continued to consolidate their presence in this indicator, occupying positions 9 and 24 respectively and ranking among the main leaders of their sectors in the country. Odinsa, the Grupo Argos’s concessions company, ranked fifth in the group of infrastructure companies.
Grupo Argos was consolidated as one of the most attractive places to work in Colombia, after the publication of the Merco Talent ranking, which measures the ability to attract and retain talent from organizations and which Grupo Argos entered for the first time, occupying position 68, while its cement and energy companies ranked 9 and 24 respectively.
