Argos Business Group will advance the payment of the salary premium to its collaborators in Colombia

• The payment will be made in November to allow the collaborators of Grupo Argos, Cementos Argos, Celsia, Odinsa and Summa, make in advance their purchases of December and thus contribute to the reduction of crowds during this season.
• The organization decided to take advantage of this initiative promoted by the National Government as part of its commitment to the protection of the health of its collaborators and Colombians, and in the same sense, contribute to the reactivation of the trade sector in the country through responsible consumption.
• The advance payment of the premium is in addition to the efforts of the Argos Business Group to protect the life, health and well-being of its employees as a top priority to face the situation generated by the Covid-19.

The advance payment of the premium is in addition to the robust life plan, health and well-being that the organization has implemented to provide ongoing follow-up and support to its employees and families and that today make it one of the companies that has carried out the most Covid tests per collaborator in Colombia, reaching a number close to 10,000 tests.
