Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Grupo Argos’ presence in the Top 5 of the INcluye 2025 Ranking is grounded in a comprehensive talent strategy that recognizes diversity as a competitive advantage and a driver of sustainable growth. Key advances include:

  • Training and awareness: More than 2,230 employees across the Group’s companies have participated in diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs, with over 10,150 hours invested in these topics over the past year—helping strengthen both organizational and individual capabilities.
  • Diverse leadership representation: The organization has promoted transformations that have enabled women to hold 32% of leadership roles, expanding female representation in key positions.
  • Since 2021, Grupo Argos has also consolidated its Diversity Multipliers program as a mechanism to drive the adoption of equity and inclusion practices across the organization. More than 250 employees have been trained as change agents, contributing to an increasingly fair and inclusive organizational culture.

Along these lines, the company has also been recognized by international benchmarks such as Forbes, through rankings that highlight the best companies for talent and diverse leadership, and by Bloomberg, through its inclusion in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), which recognizes companies with consistent progress in gender equity, transparency, and inclusive practices. These recognitions reinforce the strength of its corporate strategy and its commitment to creating sustainable value.
