Grupo Empresarial Argos will host the third edition of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Summit

• On October 15, starting at 8:00 a.m., at the FIC48 Business Connection Center, Grupo Empresarial Argos will hold the third Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Summit.
• This open forum for all of the company’s stakeholders will address topics such as mental health at work, intergenerational collaboration, and disability inclusion in organizations, conversations that are essential to continue building safe and diverse working environments.
• More than 500 of Grupo Empresarial Argos’ partners took part in the 2024 summit, and ten of them were recognized for implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices within their organizations.

On October 15, at the FIC48 Business Connection Center in Medellín, Grupo Empresarial Argos will host the third edition of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Summit, an event created to promote more respectful, equitable, and sustainable workplaces in coordination with its value chain, partners, and industry associations.

The day seeks to build capabilities and practices that strengthen inclusive, high-performance cultures within organizations. It will feature conversations on mental health as a pillar of the future of work; moving from ageism to intergenerational collaboration; and the panel “Women in STEM Who Build the Future.” The program will also include recognition of standout initiatives within Grupo Empresarial Argos’s value chain on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is the third edition of an event that, last year, brought together more than 500 strategic partners who received training on inclusion, conscious leadership, and the promotion of diverse organizational cultures, confirming that diversity is a strategic lever for sustainability and the future of business.

In this new edition, attendees will reflect and engage in dialogue on how to close social gaps and turn realities into opportunities through keynotes, panels, and awards for companies in the value chain that lead outstanding initiatives in this field.

The event will also feature actor Juan Pablo Raba, director of the podcast Los hombres también lloran (“Men Cry Too”), who will share a talk on how to foster more human and conscious leadership through vulnerability—inviting a rethinking of traditional leadership and management models.
