Grupo Empresarial Argos Companies Recognized Among the Most Equitable in Colombia by the PAR Ranking
21 August 2025- Grupo Argos ranked first in the PAR Ranking by Aequales in the category of companies with 1 to 200 employees and third in the overall ranking. Cementos Argos stood out in sixth place both in the category of organizations with more than 1,000 employees and in the general ranking. Meanwhile, Odinsa was ranked 10th among companies with 1 to 200 employees.

Grupo Argos ranked first among the most equitable private companies in Colombia (with 1 to 200 employees) and third in the overall ranking, according to the latest report presented by the PAR Ranking, the annual measurement conducted by Aequales, a Latin American consulting firm that recognizes organizations with the best gender equity and diversity practices in the region. Cementos Argos stood out in sixth place both in the category of organizations with more than 1,000 employees and in the general ranking. Finally, Odinsa was ranked 10th among companies with 1 to 200 employees.
This recognition positions Grupo Empresarial Argos’ companies among those in Colombia with the greatest progress in managing equitable and inclusive workplaces, reducing gender gaps, and reaffirms the strength of its diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. Since 2017, this strategy has strengthened talent processes with an inclusion focus, promoting a safe, respectful, and discrimination-free workplace culture.

The Aequales measurement considered, among other factors, the consistency of a talent strategy focused on three pillars: (i) professional development, (ii) diversity and inclusion, and (iii) the comprehensive well-being of the more than 9,500 employees who make up the Grupo Empresarial Argos team. It also highlighted initiatives such as:
- Training more than 2,800 employees in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with over 16,000 hours of training in 2024, representing a 33% increase compared to the previous year.
- The composition of its Board of Directors, in which more than 57% of members are women, and the promotion of key talent, with nearly 30% of leadership positions held by women.
- The inclusion of recruitment and succession processes with an inclusion perspective, along with training and mentoring programs for women leaders in partnership with universities such as UC Berkeley and Harvard.
