The PAR Ranking by Aequales provides a comprehensive assessment of how organizations manage diversity, equity, and inclusion, evaluating the strength of their strategic objectives, talent management practices, gender balance at different organizational levels, and a corporate culture that promotes open communication, continuous learning, flexibility, and well-being.

The recognition took place during a regional event in Lima, Peru, that brought together leading companies from various industries and fostered transformative conversations on diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this space, Lina Valencia, Talent Manager at Grupo Argos, participated in the panel “Redefining Inclusion: A Strategy for Multiple Realities,” where she shared the company’s vision of how inclusion becomes a driver of innovation and competitiveness.

With more than 9,500 employees across the Americas, Grupo Argos has consolidated a diversity agenda that includes specialized training for over 2,800 employees on gender equity and inclusion, inclusive approaches in recruitment and succession processes, mentoring and promotion of female leadership, as well as a corporate governance structure in which 57% of the Board of Directors are women.

In addition to this recognition, the company has received multiple national and international distinctions reaffirming its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and responsible talent management. In 2022 and 2023, Forbes included Grupo Argos in its list of the World’s Best Employers for Women, being the only Colombian company featured. Likewise, the 2024 World’s Best Employers ranking by Forbes and Statista recognized the company as an organization that prioritizes well-being, promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, and offers growth opportunities. For two consecutive years, Grupo Argos has also been part of the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index. Finally, this year, Merco Talento ranked the company 15th overall in Colombia, leading among conglomerates in talent attraction and retention.
