Talent Manager at Grupo Argos
This recognition validates the consistency of a talent strategy built on three core pillars: professional development, diversity and inclusion as a lever for value creation, and the holistic well-being of more than 11,500 employees. This vision is anchored in:
Professional development programs: To date, more than 200 employees have accessed scholarships and sponsorships for postgraduate studies in universities across Colombia and countries such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands. Of all beneficiaries, 88% have experienced promotions or internal mobility within the Group’s companies.
Diversity as a driver of transformation: Grupo Argos has trained over 2,800 employees in diversity, equity, and inclusion, delivering more than 16,200 hours of training in 2024 alone—a 33% increase compared to the previous year. It is worth highlighting that 57% of its Board of Directors and nearly 30% of leadership positions are held by women.
About the ranking
