“Today, we understand internal mobility as a strategic lever for the growth of our businesses, because more than competing with capital, we have understood that we compete through the quality of our talent. Every internal move not only creates development opportunities for our people, but also strengthens our organizational capabilities and makes us more agile in responding to the challenges of our environment.”
